Returns and Refunds

Mira Luxa accepts return requests within 30 days from delivery.

Approved returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval and issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Mira Luxa charges no restocking fee.

Exchanges are available for eligible products, and cancellations are available before shipment.
