This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Mira Luxa and is designed to provide a clear, fair, and customer-friendly process for returns and exchanges within the United States. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us, and we are committed to resolving concerns in a timely and transparent manner.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Mira Luxa accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items may also be exchanged for an alternative product when available. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in like-new condition, meaning unused, uninstalled, and free of visible wear, alterations, or damage. All original components, packaging materials, accessories, and documentation must also be included.
Return Window
Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, customers must first contact our customer service team at info@miraluxa.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a return label will be issued. The label will be provided digitally for you to download and print before mailing the item back to us.
Return Method and Shipping Costs
All returns are completed by mail only, and Mira Luxa will bear the full cost of the return shipping. The provided return label must be used when sending back your item to ensure tracking and proper handling. No additional shipping fees or charges will be requested from the customer during the return process.
Restocking Fees
Mira Luxa does not charge any restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges. You will receive the full value of your product refund without any deductions except for circumstances involving damage, missing items, or misuse, which may affect eligibility.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
All refunds are issued in USD. If your original payment was made using another currency, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are outside of our control.
